I should be packing right now, considering I'm moving back in in about 3 hours. BERGARK.
It's 2008. Weird.
I turned 19 on Friday, and it was probably the best birthday I've ever had. I went to the zoo with Brant, who turned 18 on the same day, and it was so much fun. We saw like 6 animals, but it was amazing. I can have fun with Brant no matter what we do. He's such a good friend.
Then, later that night, I had a big, 19 people birthday dinner at PF Changs. It made me realize how amazing my friends are... and how much I take them for granted. Ashley Cox, for example. She is the most trust-worthy and genuine friend I have. She goes to State- which is not that far away- but I only talk to her when she's home. I should really make more time for her- she will always be there for me, and I'm never there for her. Zach came too. Oh, Zbuddy. He is a character. I always learn something when I'm with him- even if it's the most useless piece of information ever. I love that boy. He's my own little piece of Sullivan. :)
And then there's my Ryan. We're "together." But just for this break. It's so weird and dysfunctional, but I'm having the time of my life. He's leaving on Friday, so don't ask me about it... I can't handle talking about it. I'm hoping I can get the money together for a few surprise visits to CMU this semester. I looked up plane tickets a few minutes ago and I think I might be able to pull at least one visit off :) He makes my heart happy, and I love love love love love to be with him. I'm going to enjoy these last few days with him. I mean like ENJOY them. No arguing or anything like that. He deserves the best, and I'm sad that I haven't always been at my best for him. But this week, yes. I will be the best of all bests.
My life is so weird. I decided that the other day.
ps- I went to see The Morning Amazing (Dave and Winston's band) and Return the Hero (J-Money's band) on Saturday night. Ben dedicated "My Heart Goes Out" to me. Because it's my jam and I love me some RTH. It made me smile. And realize how much I miss/love my bandbuddies. And meeting new people.
